Popular Question

If you have been trying to get pregnant and have been unsuccessful for over 12 months, then there is a good chance that either of the partners might be undergoing an undiagnosed fertility issue. Over 27 million people in India face issues related to fertility. It is not a problem that is specific to women. With modern treatments and comprehensive care facilities, the field of medicine has advanced enough to enable couples to extend their families with assisted treatments.

There are various factors that can cause infertility in both men and women.

  1. Lack of regular ovulation
  2. Blocked or damaged fallopian tubes.
  3. PCOD
  4. Endometriosis
  5. Fibroid Uterus
  6. Sexual Dysfunction
  7. Poor Ovarian Reserve
  8. Poor quality semen
  9. Low sperm count and Absent sperm

When the male partner has a low sperm count or decreased sperm mobility, or when the female partner has a hostile cervical condition, or when the reasons for infertility are unknown, the couple can choose IUI.

Seven days after the IUI procedure is when implants are usually placed.

A man’s fertility generally relies on the quantity and quality of his sperm. If the number of sperm a man ejaculates is low or if the sperm is of poor quality, it will be difficult, and sometimes impossible, for him to cause a pregnancy. Male is diagnosed when, after testing both partners, reproductive problems have been found in the male. The “male factor” contributes to infertility around half the time, and about one-third of the time, it’s the main cause of infertility.

One of the major causes of infertility today can be traced back to an unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. Habits like regular smoking, continuous consumption of alcohol, and junk food consumption can reduce the quality of the sperm in men or lead to hormonal issues like PCOS in women, thus creating an infertility issue. If you wish to conceive, supplements containing Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, and selenium can be consumed to improve the quality of your diet.

You are required to bring both your spouse’s and your ID proofs for the initial visit. Additionally, you will be required to bring any pertinent medical reports and records.

The option with the highest success rate and highest cost is IVF. It is not the “end of the road,” though. Even after IVF, many women have become pregnant naturally or through intrauterine insemination. However, it is the only choice for those who have blocked tubes and extremely low sperm counts.
